The StrengthInHer & Him adult workshop was designed for the everyday person who has endured the stresses of life... work, caretaking, and sometimes just not feeling like you are good enough.
As women, there are so many demands placed on us to look a certain way, act a certain way, and wear a smile even when we may be dying inside. Taking care of our loved ones can take a toll on our overall health and well-being when not prioritizing our own health.
As men, the weight of the world can be piled onto your shoulders as you try to navigate life's challenges while protecting and providing for your family, staying healthy, and remaining mentally and emotionally strong for all of it
Social media has truly warped our sense of reality and the expectations placed on us are many times unrealistic. Everyone who looks happy and healthy isn't necessarily so.
